Phone Reservations may be made on Wed., May 30, from 8 until 10 am.
Avoid the long lines.

You may pre-pay for the luncheon on Monday, June 4, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Conference Center.
Please pay by check.  The cost of the luncheon is $13.00.  

Cancellations

    Must be made before 10 am, Friday,  June 1.  You are responsible for the cost of the meal if
    reservation not cancelled timely.

    You may use the same Reservation Form to cancel reservations by entering the name of the
    person who is cancelling, and then in the Comment section at the bottom, let us know that you
    want to cancel the reservation.  Or:  Call the Reservations Phone (931-200-6080) and leave a
    message.

    Choice of Two Meals:  

    ~ Regular:  Fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes with gravy, whole green beans and homemade biscuits & Chef’s Choice Sweet Surprise.

    ~ Hearty Vegetarian (which is also Heart Healthy and Gluten-Free) & Chef’s Choice Sweet Surprise.

    Plus Coffee Carafes, Pitchers of Water & Iced Tea On Each Table.

Please encourage new residents to attend a meeting to get a better idea of who we are.

Notes

    In the event that the parking lots are full at the Conference Center, please park next door in the upper lot by the
    Medical Arts Building/Wellness Center. There will be a shuttle bus available to take you to the Conference Center.  

    Reminder:  Do not park on the road leading to the back of the Conference Center -- that's a fire lane.                
    Service Project:  Cumberland Fire and Rescue Squad
They are requesting donations to provide training and to obtain
much needed equipment.

    Mission:  

    Cumberland County Fire Dept is made up of about 170 firefighters that donate their time
    to protect the citizens of Cumberland County.
